Three Bean Patty
Ingredients
- 1 bowl Rajma
- 1 bowl chickpeas or little more
- 1/2 bowl moth/moong
- Onion (finely chopped)
- Ginger (finely chopped)
- Garlic (minced)
- Chola masala (a pinch)
- Salt (to taste)
- 3/4:1 ratio of Chena:chola
Directions
Soak the rajma and chickpea and boil. Sprouted moong/moth clean and boil. Mash all the lentils.
Cook the onion, capsicum, ginger and garlic then put all the mashed pulses and some chola masala and salt.
Cook until the water dries up completely.
Mix some chena as a binding agent.
Then mould into tikki pieces and cook on the pan.

- Potato instead of chena
- Oats instead of chena
- Suji ghol makes the patties crispy- can use instead of chena.
