Frozen Strawberry Margarita

Ingredients
- 1 Tub Sicily lemon ice-cream from Mama Mia!
- 8-12 Strawberries (frozen)
- 60ml Tequila
- 120ml Cointreau
- 3-4 cubes ice (if needed)
- Strawberry powder
- Tajin
- Bura (Sugar bura)
Process
Add to a blender, the frozen strawberries and the Tequila. Pulse a few times and then blend well. Next add in the ice-cream and the Cointreau. Blend well again. Try some and see if ice is needed. If yes, add a few cubes and blend again. Put the mixture in tub and freeze overnight.
Rim the glasses with Tajin, Bura & Strawberry Powder. Bring out the frozen margarita mix and serve in the rimmed glasses with a spoon/straw.
