Aglio e Olio Pasta

Process

Boil some water in a pan. Once the water has started bubbling, add the pasta, some salt and oregano.

Place peeled garlic into cold water in a pan, bring it up to a boil for 10 seconds, then strain out. Repeat 4-5 times until the garlic is soft and doesn’t have a raw garlic flavour. Blend with ¼ cup olive oil and 1/8 cup water until smooth.

In a pan, cook the garlic paste, pasta and some salt to taste for a minute or two at the most.
