Preheat the oven to 190 degrees centigrade. In a deep pan, add the olive oil, water, milk, and salt. Bring it to a boil on high heat and remove immediately from the heat. Stir in the tapioca flour and garlic, until it turns into a smooth dough. Keep it aside to cool for about 15 mins. Stir in the cheese and egg into this dough and combine till well mixed. Drop small sized balls onto parchment paper and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or till they are golden brown on the top. Enjoy hot or cold.
