Ingredients
- 5gm Fresh yeast
- 1 ts sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup Maida
- 1 tbsp oil
- ½ ts salt
Directions
Mix the yeast with the sugar in 1/3 cup lukewarm milk. Sprinkle some dry maida on top and leave aside for 5 mins.
Mix the maida with the oil and the salt. Pour the yeast mixture on it and form a soft dough. Cover the dough with a cellophane and keep it in a warm place to rise for 1 hr until it doubles in size. Next, spread the dough on a greased oven tray. Cover it with the Italian sauce and bake in a preheated 180C oven until the base is light golden brown. Top with pizza topping until the cheese melts.

Ingredients
- 10 Tomatoes
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 10 cloves of garlic
- 1 capsicum, finely chopped
- 1ts butter
- 1ts oil
- 1 tbsp basil leaves
- 1 tej patta
- ¼ ts oregano
- 1/3 ts salt
- ¼ ts oregano
- 1/3 ts black pepper
- 1/3 ts red chili powder
- 1ts sugar
- ¼ ts crushed ajwain
- 1 ts tomato ketchup
- Can add some thyme and parsley
Directions
Peel the tomatoes and garlic and grind them in a mixer to a purée.
Grease the pan with the butter and oil. Sauté the finely chopped onion and capsicum. Pour the purée into the pan and cook until it thickens. While cooking, add all spices apart from the ajwain. At the end, add the ajwain.
