Strawberry Yoghurt Bowl

Ingredients
- 5-6 strawberries
- 1-2 tbsp liquid jaggery
- 2-3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup quinoa
- 5-6 sliced almonds
- 5-6 cashews
- 5-6 walnuts
- 2 tbsp peanuts
- Pinch of cinnamon powder
- 1 cup yoghurt
Process
Cut the strawberry into quarters. Add them to a pan & cook for a minute. Add the jaggery & water. Cook till the strawberries soften & the liquid evaporates. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan. Add the quinoa. Let it pop & toast it till the colour changes. Add the dry fruits & cinnamon. Cook for a minute & keep aside.
Add the yoghurt to a bowl & flatten it. Top it with the macerated strawberries & the toasted quinoa. Garnish with some fresh strawberry & blueberry & dig in!
